Answers Before Tooling
Can you mold a charm from our logo?
Yes — artwork goes through CAD first, you approve the 3D view, then tooling is cut. The CAD step catches proportions that do not survive shrinking, before metal is involved.
What quantities do custom charms start at?
From 60 pieces per design. Tooling and unit cost are quoted separately, so you can see exactly what the mold costs versus the pieces.
Do charms arrive loose or assembled?
Both. We ship loose charms for your own bracelet bar, or pre-assembled on bases with your clasp choice.

Approved Before the Tool Is Cut
Your artwork moves through CAD and a pre-production sample before any mold is cut — tooling is the expensive part, and it should only run on an approved shape. Enamel is fired in counted layers so colors stay saturated after polishing, and attachment styles are matched to the chain or bracelet the charm will actually hang on. Finishing is matched to the rest of your collection, then pieces ship loose or assembled with your clasp choice.
