REACH Routes
EU restricted-substance routes confirmed per material and SKU scope.
Market-Specific Compliance
Ask any supplier for “a certificate” and you get the wrong answer to the wrong question. TEYING works the other way: the route is confirmed for your material, your market and your order scope — REACH restricted substances, EN 1811 nickel release, EU GPSR documentation, US documentation scoped by age group and market — with test reports and export papers arranged per order, on request.

Compliance Capabilities
Each market regulates differently, and most problems start when the route is picked after production. TEYING fixes the route at the brief, then documents it through the order.

Buyer FAQ
Compliance is confirmed per material, destination market and order scope — never assumed. For EU orders we work to REACH restricted-substance requirements, with nickel-free and lead-free material routes available. The specific substances and their limits are agreed in the order confirmation before production starts.
Where nickel release matters — pierced earrings especially — EN 1811:2023 test reports can be arranged by SKU and batch where available for EU orders. The method measures the finished plating after EN 12472 wear simulation: results below the conformity values of 0.88 µg/cm²/week for prolonged skin contact and 0.35 for pierced parts confirm the REACH Annex XVII entry 27 limits of 0.5 and 0.2 µg/cm²/week. 925 sterling silver is our standard low-nickel route; nickel-free plating options can be discussed before production.
Yes, on request. Each shipment can leave with material and test documentation, certificate of origin, commercial invoice and packing list. US buyers should specify whether the product is intended for adults or children and request reports for the applicable requirements; a generic CPSIA claim is not proof for every SKU. The exact reports depend on the product, material and destination, and are quoted with the order.
Since 13 December 2024, GPSR (EU) 2023/988 requires an EU-based responsible person for every product placed on the EU market — usually the importer or a contracted service — with their name, address and email on the product, packaging or parcel. The factory side supports what GPSR asks of the product: technical documentation, material declarations and traceability records kept for 10 years, plus printing your responsible person’s details and warnings in the language of the country where you sell. The EU-side role itself must sit inside the EU, so it is agreed at the order stage.
Yiwu Floor Notes
The compliance route is chosen at the brief, not after production — changing markets mid-order is where most problems start. Each order leaves with the document pack agreed up front: material declarations, test reports where ordered, export papers per destination. UK orders follow UK REACH, EU orders follow REACH plus EN 1811 and GPSR where they apply, For US orders, adult and children's product requirements are reviewed separately, including relevant state rules. Nickel-free and 925 routes are documented per SKU.

Identify the intended age group, destination, materials and individual components before agreeing the document pack. Children's jewelry must meet applicable children's-product requirements. Adult jewelry should be reviewed against applicable rules and agreed specifications; it is not automatically covered by a children's-product certificate.
